春一番 春一番は早春に吹く最初の南風のことです。 それまで、冬の間冷たい北風が吹いていて、春一番から春になりますよという合図です。 しかし、気温が低いので、風が吹く分、寒く感じられ、まだ春は実感できないよというところです。 突風になることがあるので、注意しなければなりません。 次のような条件でのみ、｢春一番｣と呼ばれるので、｢春一番｣のない年もあります。 　�@立春から春分までに 　�A日本海で低気圧が発達 　�B最高気温が平年以上 　�C最大風速８ｍなどの基準越える The first strong south winds of the year signaling the beginning of spring/ the first spring storm “Haruichiban” is the first strong south winds of the year.
