"Gyouzui"

There is the Japanese word "Gyouzui" that is obsolete.
It was used as a "You take a gyouzui like a crow" to people coming out of the bath in a short time.
Translating "Gyouzui" becomes "a quick bath in a bathtub".

Intense heat has been continuing for all the time lately.
Heat stroke is very worried.
The mass Medias are continuously calling for to drink plenty of water and use of an air-conditioner.

Another good method is to wind wet towels around the neck during the daytime or take a shower, take a bath with lukewarm water, wash away sweat and cool down.
