Warabi-mochi is a summer cool sweet.
Ingredient is Warabe flour; you dissolve it with water, cook it mixing well at medium heat until it becomes transparent, put it in a mold and cool it.

Cut it into a cube size easy to eat, eat it with a mixture of Kinako, which is soybean flour, sugar and a little salt.
Warabi rice cake is delicious especially in summer.
