Furikake food

Furikake” is a dried food and is sprinkled mainly on rice as for seasoning.
They are in powder or crumbled granular form and are consisted of one or two ingredients of seasoned meat, fish, egg, sesame, seaweed and pickles.

Popular taste is yukari, salmon, kelp, bonito, egg, nozawana pickles, horseradish, beef bowl, and spicy cod roe etc.
When the dishes are less or you have no appetite, we often use it as well as for the lunch box.

Yukari is minced and dried "ume-shiso(red perilla)" that used for making "umeboshi".
